A global online Marketing company, is looking for a talented, service oriented and highly motivated Customer Success Manager to join our rapidly growing company!
The Customer Success Manager will drive retention and growth among our most valuable customers by understanding their business needs and helping them succeed.
In addition, he will follow their performances on a daily basis (accounts, traffic , ect), and be updated on their work. Being able to understand their outcomes: numbers on a business.
- 2+ years in a Customer Success, Relationship Management, Account Management, or similar role
- Experience in an online marketing company
- Exceptional communication skills, highly organized, collaborative and detail oriented
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience with Excel preferred
- Comfort in a startup environment we move quickly and wear many hats in a dynamic environment
