An international online Marketing company located in Kiryat Ono is looking for an Recruiting Manager

Main Job Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities:

• Attract potential candidates on social media and through professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
• Develop a deep understanding of the requirements for each role, the functions of the role and how it fits into the organization structure.
• Strategize creative ways to build talent pipelines, and execute on tactical research, referral generation, events, and sourcing campaigns.
• Develop and implement human resources policies and procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and regulations.
• Plan and execute company events and activities from start to finish such as parties, wellness activities, birthdays, holiday celebrations, happy hours and more.
• Help promote an enjoyable and exciting workplace to retain employees.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Degree or diploma in human resources management, business administration or equivalent.
• At least 2-3 years experience as a recruiter, experience as a single HR in a company a big advantage.
• High communication skills.
• High level of English - Must.
• Willing to work a full time job.
